Membership is free. You pay only for the treatment your provider approves, and your exact monthly price depends on the dose they prescribe.
You will see the full price of the dose your provider prescribes, and can review it, before any medication payment is taken. Nothing is charged until a provider has reviewed you and you have agreed the price.
How pricing works when your dose changes
Your monthly price always matches your currently prescribed dose, at the published rate for that dose. If your provider adjusts your dose up or down, your monthly billing simply moves to the new dose’s listed price starting with your next billing date. There is no fee for a dose change, no mid-month adjustment, and your commitment stays exactly where it is. A dose change never restarts or extends your 6 or 12 month membership.

Is the membership really free?
Yes. There is no separate membership fee. You are billed monthly for your approved medication.
Will my medication ship automatically?
After provider approval and enrollment, the approved medication is billed and shipped monthly during your selected commitment, subject to clinical review and program terms.
Can my dose change?
Yes. Your care team reviews your progress and your provider may adjust your dose when clinically appropriate. You can tell your provider which strength you prefer, but every dose is confirmed by them. When your dose changes, your monthly price moves to the new dose’s listed rate at your next billing date, whether that price is higher or lower. Your membership term is unaffected, and there is never a fee for adjusting your dose.
What comes with the welcome kit?
Members on prescription treatment receive a digital blood pressure monitor on the 6-month membership, and the blood pressure monitor with the Bluetooth smart scale on the 12-month. If you cancel before your term ends, the equipment is repaid pro-rata at our published store price, and the exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
Does my medical visit cost anything?
The $25 medical visit is waived when you enrol on a 6 or 12 month membership. Without a membership you pay $25 for the visit, because a licensed physician reviews your case either way. Supplements need no visit at all.
Is GLP-1 therapy right for me?
Only a licensed healthcare provider can determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you. All treatment requires a medical assessment and provider approval. This page provides general program information and is not medical advice.
